Concrete sills take more weather than any other part of a house. After twenty or thirty years that shows as surface crumbling, staining, hairline cracking and paint that will not stay put. Replacing them means cutting them out and disturbing the render and the frames.
A granite-effect coating is the alternative. Prepare the existing sill properly, then apply a natural stone chip finish over it: hard, water resistant, UV stable, and with no repainting cycle to come back to.

Why LM Contracts
Nearly every coating failure comes back to what happened before the material went on. Stripping back, cleaning, repairing and priming is where most of our time goes, because that is what decides whether the finish is still right in five years.
If a sill has failed structurally, coating it hides the problem for a season. If a wall is wet because a gutter has been overflowing, sealing it does not fix anything. We would rather lose the work than take money for something we know is going to fail.
Older solid walls need to breathe. Slabs without a working damp proof membrane need a moisture-tolerant system. Getting that right means looking properly first, rather than reaching for whatever was used on the last job.
